We want every Vetitus order to feel considered from the moment it arrives.

Below you will find our return window, eligibility requirements, refund process, and support details.

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at help@vetitus.com.

All returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions.

Condition Requirements

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging

Additional Requirements

  • Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or odors
  • Include proof of purchase
  • Be tried on over underwear only

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned.

Excluded Items

  • Panties, briefs, or thongs
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Items That Will Not Be Accepted

  • Items showing signs of wear
  • Items returned without tags
  • Items returned outside the return window

If a non-eligible item is returned, it may be rejected or returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Shipping

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Important Notes

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

When to Contact Us

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at help@vetitus.com.

  • Photos of the issue

This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Direct Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The Fastest Alternative

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures the replacement item is reserved immediately.

Promotions & Discounts

If an order was placed using a promotion, discount, or special offer, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotional value applied at the time of purchase.

If returning part of an order that qualified for a promotion, the refund amount may be prorated accordingly.

Refunds

Inspection

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Payment Method

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Additional Review

In certain cases, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.

In some situations, we may request photos or additional information to verify an issue before approving a refund or replacement.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Orders Placed Through Third-Party Platforms

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other platforms, returns must be processed directly through that platform.

Their return policies and timelines may differ from ours.

EU & UK Consumer Rights

If your order is delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection regulations.

However, due to health and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to intimate garments that have been worn or used.

Proof Required

Proof of purchase is also required.

All returns must be sent to the address provided in the return authorization email. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.
